Hi Anthony, I appreciate your feedback on your experience. As I was out of town, I had limited service to get back to you in a timely manner.
However, not to get off topic. As I mange a great number of clients, cleanliness is my #1 priority. For every appointment booked, I make sure to set 15 min duration between clients to clean clippers/ shavers, tools etc. as enforced. I provided helpful tips based on my knowledge of the matter as I was unclear of the causes. Causes of a breakout with previously known conditions can be caused by great number of things such as bed pillows, hats, excess oil production in the scallop and not necessarily from a haircut as breakout happened a week after the haircut. Again, I apologize for the experience and we appreciate your feedback.
