      Before booking please look over this message. These are my policies. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! $20 deposit is due same day that you book. Send to $DesireeCharrier on cash app or Zelle to 7739911330.  Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE   YOU NEED A DEPOSIT FOR EVERY APPOINTMENT THAT YOU BOOK. Leave name that you booked with in deposit notes.      If you don’t send deposit your appointment will be canceled. You can only use your deposit for rescheduled appointments. Not canceled appointments .(No more than 2 rescheduled appointments) This means, for the 3rd time rescheduling you’ll need to send another deposit. ALL NO CALL NO SHOWS CAN BOOK AGAIN, BUT MUST PAY FOR APPOINTMENT IN FULL AT TIME OF BOOKING.   There is a $15 late fee for anyone more than 10 minutes late. After 15 minutes, your appointment is canceled. You will need to send another deposit to book future appointments.     Wigs/frontals/closures: if you do not drop your lace off AT LEAST 3 days before your appointment, there is a $30 late drop off fee. This means you can drop your hair/wig off anytime before your appointment, but no later than 3 days before. It’s your responsibility to bring your hair. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
