Kai kai slayed my hair she’s done a silk press and braids on me, and I loved it each time . When I walked in I was greeted by the whole staff and felt... very welcomed ! She is so sweet, a great listener, and she takes her time every time. The parking was just fine as well and I was able to easily find a parking space upon arrival. Show more

I'm giving 2 stars because of the timing of the appointment I needed next day and I was able to schedule. Although when I got there she wasn't ready f...or me. I ended up waiting 45 minutes before she even started on me. From her pictures she's very talented I'm not sure if it was me and maybe I was rushing her a little bit but after waiting 45 minutes, im just saying. The shampoo was terrible , She didn't get the back of my hair I didn't get a conditioner and then she blow drys my hair and it wasn't completely dry. She started to flat Iron and burned me bad. So all in all I think with some time she can get better. Very sweet girl I wish her the best. One last thing, parking is a bit challenging. Show more

Goodmorning Ms.Philpot i hope all is well. I apologize that you were not satisfied with your service. I just wanted to make sure you knew your hair was conditioned as that is something I do with every client, following a leave-in conditioner once in the chair. I use high end tools and any spot I missed that wasn’t completely dry my flat iron would’ve gotten being that it is a wet to dry to even though I don’t always use it that way. In the end I payed attention to detail and your special requests, and I apologize if anything wasn’t perfect the way you wanted, and I definitely apologize for burning you . I hope I get the chance to service you again in the future. Happy new year’s

I am so unimpressed with my daughter’s hair. I asked for lemonade braids and she did some rushed, uneven style and charged $120. The ends weren’t dipp...ed and stray hairs are sticking up. My daughter is so satisfied with it, but as a hard working mom, I’m disappointed that Kai tricked me saying that she could do this style. And then she posted on her story as if she did a good job. Don’t book her! Edit: Kaisonna, a refund would suffice. You know you did not do a good job. I did not say it looked good. I told you thank you. I was tired from working all day and I was pissed at the outcome and charging $120?! If you’re a new cosmetologist, you shouldn’t be tackling styles you’re not familiar with. Show more
