Nikki is a life saver! After having my hair braided by another woman who braided my faux locs so tight I couldn’t move my head or sleep lying down, I ...was desperate to find someone to take them out because I didn’t know how to remove faux locs. Nikki took my appointment last minute and took them out as gently as possible and even gave me some products to help smooth my scalp. The braid job was so bad that I actually ended up needing medical treatment, but I was so grateful to Nikki for taking them out. She was very friendly and has great conversational skills. I will be booking her for other services in the future, and if I ever get braids again after this experience, I will go to Nikki. Show more
