Eyebrow wax

I was not going to write a review because their customer service is spot on (5 Stars) however the eyebrow wax I received was 1 Star (I do not remember... her name). My skin was burned with the wax and I now have a bald spot in my brow. What I would have preferred is for the technician to show me my brows prior to covering up her mistakes with eyebrow pencil. My recommendations is for them to take off eyebrow waxing until they get training on how to do brows; cut the length of the brow hair, apply soothing brow cream or sensitive cream after waxing, if you are going to try and hide perfection use a brow pencil with a highlighter pencil. Again customer service is great and I believe they specialize in other things such as lashes and facials, however eyebrow waxing needs more practice. Show more
