Nichol is amazing! Got my first set of gel extensions with her after I completely butchered my natural nail. The goal has been to protect what’s left ...of my nail and grow them out so I can transition to hard gel overlay. Since my first appointment I’ve had a couple nail casualties (oops) and Nichol has been super responsive and accommodating to fix them! She’s made every appointment / follow up super enjoyable and is a pleasure to be around and talk to. Nothing feels forced or burdensome.
