Zero stars!! Completely unprofessional. Informed of the need to purchase hair 30 minutes before appointment. Asked if I could show up a little late to... go get the requested hair and she agrees and sends address to nearby hair shop shop. When I arrive to the shop 15 minutes late. She left and did not answer any of the phone calls.

I apologize for not being able to accommodate to your needs maam. You were actually 30 mins late and it’s is your responsibility to provide your own air as it states in the confirmation email when you book your appointment. I even gave you an extra 15 mins because you stated you were 5 mins away and still didn’t arrive on time. I have camera foots footage and receipts to prove it.
