Zero stars!! Completely unprofessional. Informed of the need to purchase hair 30 minutes before appointment. Asked if I could show up a little late to... go get the requested hair and she agrees and sends address to nearby hair shop shop. When I arrive to the shop 15 minutes late. She left and did not answer any of the phone calls. Show more

I apologize for not being able to accommodate to your needs maam. You were actually 30 mins late and it’s is your responsibility to provide your own air as it states in the confirmation email when you book your appointment. I even gave you an extra 15 mins because you stated you were 5 mins away and still didn’t arrive on time. I have camera foots footage and receipts to prove it.

I apologize that your service was unpleasant but Sir you did book retwist and had no locs at the top of your bald head and brought a bag of locs with you and asked if I can reattach them. I told you that’s not a service i offered that’s why it’s not on here to book. You knew I didn’t want to do this from the very beginning and you were extremely persistent on booking with me. Anywhere you go you’re going to get taxed because you have no hair to attach the locs too and your locs need a lot of work. And excuse me if I like to interact with my coworkers !!
