I initially booked a sew-in closure. I text her two days prior to let her know I wanted to purchase the hair from her. She texted me and confirmed she... can do my hair, she also assured me I did not need a closure. I texted her images of my hair so she can see my texture and she still confirmed she could do it without a closure. I thought because she was a professional I could trust her word, that she could do it without the need of a closure. Just for this to not be true. I felt as though my appointment went well, I sat in the chair and confirmed with her I wanted this to be low maintenance for me. she was nice and assured me she could do just that. my hair looked good THAT NIGHT. I went home wore a bonnet and I woke up to my hair looking a mess untamable I didn’t do anything different than usual no strenuous activity. even when I flat ironed it with small sections. I tried several methods to straighten my hair and different flat irons even reaching out to let her know my hair wasn’t straightening. She text me she would help me via FaceTime. I sent her a text that day letting her know I was running late for the face time session she left me on read. I paid $400 and I do not feel I got my monies worth. Book at your own risk or if you know how to maintain leave out hair Update: Thank you for responding and apologizing. However, I’m going to decline the touch-up offer. My biggest issue was the lack of communication after I reached out for help immediately after my appointment. I trusted the recommendation to go without a closure, and unfortunately the style only lasted one night for me. As a mother of four with work and business obligations, I can’t afford to spend $400 on a style that I struggled to maintain almost immediately. I genuinely wish you the best, but I no longer feel comfortable having you work on my hair again.

I’m sorry you did have a good experience with your leave out if you would like a touch up feel free to reach out ! Do to the fact it’s peak season with prom graduation Mother’s Day I may have not responded in a timely fashion or got side track but it was never my intention to make u feel unheard or taking advantage of ! If u allow me I can try to make it up !
