My sister and I booked an appointment online for pedicures and we were able to get in the same day. This was our first time there and we loved both of... the ladies were very nice and welcoming. We had a great time chatting and laughing. They have a bunch of colors to choose from. Really enjoyed my pedicure. We will be back! Thank you! Show more

Combo gel pedicure and gel manicure
I made an appointment for a Sunday afternoon opening to get my nails done for a photoshoot I had that evening. When I arrived for my manicure and pedi...cure, they chose to do both at the same time while I sat in the pedicure chair, so one woman worked on my feet while the other worked on my hands, which probably should've been my first clue that this was going to be bad. Sure enough, the gel polish on my fingernails was lumpy and spotty (see photo) as she was essentially holding my hand in the air as she painted, which she would then have me alternate hands so that I could put my fingers inside the curing lamp (which they just sat on my lap during my appointment, because again, we weren't at a table...). During my appointment, 3-4 different individuals came in for their nails, and despite the fact I had an appointment, both women ended up abandoning me in the pedicure chair. While one had finished up my toes, the other nail tech left me to cure my nails in the lamp on my lap and went to check in on another walk-in, but instead of coming back to me after the 20 seconds it took to cure my nails, she sat down at the manicure table and just left me in the chair, where I remained for another 20 minutes, for literally no reason. (Like, my feet and hands weren't soaking or anything, I was just... sitting. Waiting. I think the chairs have a massage function? I wouldn’t know. Nobody showed me. There was nothing relaxing about this experience.) They did not ask me if I wanted to have extra time to relax, and considering the child bouncing around their salon and the fact I needed to leave but couldn’t, it was anything but relaxing as I sat there with anxiety waiting to leave. Both women avoided eye contact with me despite facing my direction as they worked on the nails of those who had walked-in. Eventually, the nail tech who had done my manicure finished up with that person's manicure, at which point she told me she was coming. I anticipated her at the very least looking at my nails or asking me if they were okay (she did not), but she just lifted the arm of the chair so I could actually get out and check out. $100 later (with tip, because I was taught you should always leave a tip, no matter what), I left with poorly painted nails and a bad customer service experience. However, I needed to get ready for the photoshoot, so I just brushed it off rather than ask that they fix my nails (I also didn't want to wait another 60+ minutes as they had prioritized the walk-ins ahead of me anyways). THREE DAYS LATER... my gel manicure has started peeling off of my nails (see photos). In the end, not worth the time, money, or the abysmal quality. I’m so sorry for the nails but first you are get both service the same time and we ask are you ok with it ? Second anything need to be fixed you can come back for it. some time nails didn't dry or you pick your nails too , We are give you a good job , we always ask and make sure you are happy with it and $20 tip prove it. You get extra time to relax in the pedicure chair , I wonder why I get a complain about it too.
