Hi Myles. Thank you for your feedback. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We just want to clarify a few details about your appointment. You booked a last-minute appointment on Sunday for 1:15p.m. and arrived around 1 p.m. we welcome you and your daughter to have a seat while the previous clients braids were being finished. By 1:30 p.m., your daughter was seated, and we began taking down her braids. Applying conditional and blow- drying her hair, that it tool us 1 hour and 40 minutes. Please note that this service was not included in your original booking, but as professional, we were happy to accommodate it with your agreement to pay for the extra time and service. You booked the SMSLL/M Box Braids for kids service. This particular style typically takes 3-5 hours, especially for children who may need breaks or have difficulty sitting still for long periods. Throughout the process, our braiders kept her head up, as she was often using her phone or taking breaks, which could slow down the braiding time. We did our best to complete the style as efficiently as possible, even having an additional braider assist to minimize the time. Our goal is always to provide quality service and respect our clients' time. We also kindly ask that our client extend the same respect to our braiders.
