I’m giving them 5 stars because the work was good, but I do have some critiques. I had someone who did not speak English doing my hair which made it h...ard to explain how I wanted it done, or for her to ask me certain questions. Also she was on the phone the entire time, which I find to be very unprofessional, because we already have a communication barrier the phone only added more to the challenge, also adding hair should add length as well, meaning go ahead and provide at least shoulder length braids you can always cut it afterwards. Horrible first experience but since I’m moving out the country i decided to try them again yeah even WORSE. The braider was double booked. I asked for... hair and she barely put any hair. She didn’t do the style I asked for. The owner approached me during my appointment saying oh you booked this many braids but the style you want is not braids and then continues to coach the person braiding me like, “next time send me a picture …” the braider said I sent you a text and the owner then says oh my phone died. Like you’re going to approach me over a $25+ increase you think I care about a 25 dollar up charge ? I said I’ll pay it. I get half head only since my sides and back are shaved and you’re gonna up charge me for that ? Worst experience I’m not returning. Thanks to the braider though you did a great job, I’m sorry your management is horrible. Never returning. Show more

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your support and the opportunity to serve you again. We want to clarify that the style originally booked was s four-sttichs braids at $65. However, upon arrival, you requested a different style that was more intricate and typically priced at $150. While there was a miscommunication at the start, we did inform you that the new style will be $95 due to ist complexity, which included more than six stitches also because of sides saving. As for the timing, the braider was not doable booked. The initial style was scheduled for one hour, but since the new style required over two hours, it extended the appointment, which in turn caused a wait for the next customer. We always strive to accommodate all our customers fairly, and as soon as I arrive, I ensured the next client was taken care of. We value your business and always aim to provide the best service possible. I'd there was any misunderstanding. We sincerely apologize and appreciate your patience. We hope to see you again soon.
