not experienced with 2 strand retwist, had to redo the retwist myself. (100$) she told me my retwist was coming out because I was moving… as if I won’...t move my head for another month 😂... Also I left the shop because she was looking annoyed after I made her redo the front, and said because I already left a review she won’t redo my hair, even tho I can always edit the review. She basically twisted my dreads the opposite of my dread pattern, causing them to unravel on the spot. The best thing she did was wash my hair I’ll give her that. Show more

You had been sitting in front of the mirror for more than 1 hour, and before leaving, I gave you the mirror to check if everything was okay with , and you said yes you like them, to come here and wrote that the braids was uneven why you couldn't said that before you left? Is it okay to write a review, but not tell lies about when is not your first visit, because you come for a second time because we do good, and our work speaks by itself.

She was rude to me. It was very clear that she had an attitude from the moment I walked in. I asked for a certain hairstyle that I just previously had.... Showed her the pictures and she said that’s not what I booked. She scammed me out of my money with the reservation and never did my hair. I had to walk out and leave because she was pulling my hair and told me to comb it. I had had enough. Not professional, very rude, and no one should go here. Show more

I'm sorry if you felt that way, I can't please everybody. Your appointment was at 11:30a.m, but at 11:27a.m you called me to tell me you're going to be 20 min late, that I said it was okay, but you got at the shop 12:30 that others professional will be just canceled your appointment or marked it as non show up, with you hair dirty and tangled. If you call me rude because I told you to comw your own hair, I'm sorry but it wasn't my job since you were not paying for it. Book for one style, and ask for a different style? that's unprofessional for you? I didn't scammed you i just keep your deposit because you wasted my time. Thank you.
