You booked a last-minute appointment on Sunday for 1:15p.m. and arrived around 1 p.m. we welcome you and your daughter to have a seat while the previous clients braids were being finished. By 1:30 p.m., your daughter was seated, and we began taking down her braids. Applying conditional and blow- drying her hair, that it tool us 1 hour and 40 minutes. Please note that this service was not included in your original booking, but as professional, we were happy to accommodate it with your agreement to pay for the extra time and service. You booked the SMSLL/M Box Braids for kids service. This particular style typically takes 3-5 hours, especially for children who may need breaks or have difficulty sitting still for long periods. Throughout the process, our braiders kept her head up, as she was often using her phone or taking breaks, which could slow down the braiding time. We did our best to complete the style as efficiently as possible, even having an additional braider assist to minimize the time. Our goal is always to provide quality service and respect our clients' time. We also kindly ask that our client extend the same respect to our braiders. Thank you for your review. However, it has been a full week since your appointment. If your braid weren't looking good or started to fall out, we would have appreciated it if you reached our tobus sooner. Waiting a whole week to express dissatisfaction makes it difficult for us to assess or address the issue properly. We always encourage clients to let us know within a day or two if there's a problem, so we can fix or offer a solution in a timely manner.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your support and the opportunity to serve you again. We want to clarify that the style originally booked was s four-sttichs braids at $65. However, upon arrival, you requested a different style that was more intricate and typically priced at $150. While there was a miscommunication at the start, we did inform you that the new style will be $95 due to ist complexity, which included more than six stitches also because of sides saving. As for the timing, the braider was not doable booked. The initial style was scheduled for one hour, but since the new style required over two hours, it extended the appointment, which in turn caused a wait for the next customer. We always strive to accommodate all our customers fairly, and as soon as I arrive, I ensured the next client was taken care of.
