The photos i saw on here couldn’t have been the person doing my hair. The tight grip made me feel like i was about to bleed out ..eating a sandwich th...en touching my hair, don’t let me tell them how you didn’t even wipe/clean your hands. she wanted to keep trying to do the style i asked for (regular stitch strength down) but literally couldn’t just say she can’t do it. Then there was pieces left out of the braids she did do. i received a deposit refund and left at a few braids because why wouldn’t i deserve a refund when you clearly couldn’t do the style i asked for & i couldn’t bare sitting another second with the burning my scalp felt.. squeezing my eyes and praying the braid to be over all to look & look like your playing in my head . I don’t want to argue or be double teamed how yall did me when trying to leave i just need the people to know my experience was a 0/10 & i still tried to tell you to keep the deposit “i just want to go” Oh and when i grabbed the door to leave it fell off the henges. You were so comfortable from the first braid until the last braid was about to be complete. You didn't complain at any time about the braids being too tight. Your complaint was about the braid being small, and I tried to make them too tick, but you were not okay, even though I was able to take them done and another college of my to do them to make you comfortable and happy as is usual in our shop to make every of our customers happy, but you were keeping make it difficult to us, and we make de decisions to give you, your deposit even you didn't deserve to have it back. Always sweet, fun and friendly! Helpful, informative and fast when they can be. Their braids are always so neat and clean…. It’s 45 minutes from my ho...use and it worth the drive. I’m sure I pass multiple shops on my way there, but I know when I get there, they are going to do it RIGHT! 2nd experience and not disappointed. Show more
