Venue Health and Safety Rules

  • Time gap between appointments

When booking please make sure to: -Leave a 2hr gap between appointments (Ex; Sarah has an appointment at 10am, so I schedule mine at 12pm) - Latest appointment for anything that requires bleach is at 1pm (Balayage, highlights, lowlights, babylights, etc.) - There's only a max of 2 people for color per stylist in a day. - If you wish to get a toner, a blow out, haircut, etc, the latest you can schedule is 2hrs before closing. - If you have any questions or concerns, give us a call at 470-514-5787.

I booked an appointment for my son's haircut based on a recommendation. I scheduled it with Elkin Mack and received a confirmation, but when I arrived..., I was told he couldn't see us and that someone else would have to do it. The receptionist was unfriendly. The website advertised a 10% discount on the haircut, but when I mentioned it at checkout, the person responded in a very condescending manner, saying the promotions didn't apply and claiming they didn't know why they were even listed on the website. Reservé una cita para el corte de pelo de mi hijo porque me lo recomendaron. La programé con Elkin Mack y recibí una confirmación de mi cita, pero al llegar me dijeron que él no podía atendernos y que otra persona tendría que hacerlo. La recepcionista fue antipática. El sitio web anunciaba un descuento del 10 % en el corte,cuando programe la cita por internet, pero cuando lo mencioné al pagar, la persona respondió de manera antipática, diciendo que no que no sabían por qué aparecían siquiera en la página web.
