I just wanted to clarify that I didn't actually get a cut, so l can't comment on your skills. My review is more about the lack of professionalism arou...nd my appointment. I booked the appointment about 45 minutes ahead of time and drove 25 minutes to get there, but 5 minutes before the appointment, I got a text saying you couldn't make it because of your child's sporting event. I get that things come up, but if you're going to be unavailable, it would be helpful to update your availability on the app. It would avoid situations like this and help clients plan ahead. Also, when I reached out, there was no apology or even an acknowledgment of the inconvenience. It felt like you didn't really respect my time or take responsibility for the situation, which is why I felt the need to leave this review. As a customer, l'd expect better communication, especially when it comes to time and scheduling. I get that things happen, but canceling at the last minute after confirming the appointment and me already driving there was frustrating. It's especially frustrating as haircuts are costing $50 w/ or w/o a tip and with that price point you expect some level of professionalism and respect. The only communication I received from the barber: "What up bro I see you book me on the app I want be at the shop I at my sons game". Show more
