Hi Maggie. I’m apologized because you didn’t happy our service. We take 2 hours and finished your ombre acrylic nails. When I finished one finger , I'm ask you , are you like it and you said yes , so I'm continue finish ten fingers . Your nails come out is looking good but you don’t like it and you like take off your ombre acrylic nails. We listen to you and take 1 more hour for take off your ombre acrylic nails. Because we just finished very hard for take off. We always try the best and make you happy. Take we 3 hours for your nails and don’t charge anything. We still smile and make you happy because we know clients very important. But I don’t understand you still give we 1 star. I know waits your time 3 hours we feel so sorry but we already try the best we can. But we work for you 3 hours with $0 money because one reason you don’t like it. But we just explain for you understand. Thank you Maggie and we are apologize again. Have a great day Maggie and i wish all the best come to you and make you happier. I’m appreciate Maggie ❤️
