My 90-minute head spa service with Deanna surpassed all expectations. Despite stumbling upon a negative review, clearly from a competitor, my focus remains on highlighting the exceptional experience I had. I personally was a former hand and stone client and left the establishment due to pushy sales tactics and subpar services, I can confidently say that this head spa experience at new concept beauty was unparalleled. The attention to detail in the head spa room was remarkable, with serene music filling the space and the thoughtful offer of earbuds for added relaxation. While they are a full-service beauty bar, the ambiance resonated with a tranquil spa atmosphere. The head massage was truly out of this world, complemented by additional facial, neck, shoulder, and hand massages, elevating the experience beyond any I've had elsewhere. Upon completion, the offer of water or sparkling water added a delightful finishing touch. My hair has never felt better or cleaner, thanks to the expertise of Deanna, the owner who performed my service with genuine warmth and skill. I wholeheartedly rate this establishment a perfect 10 out of 10. Positive reviews far outweigh any negative sentiments, especially when considering the unwarranted critique from a competitor. 90-Minute Head Spa Oasis

This was my first time at New Concept Beauty as well as my first ever Head Spa experience. I was super excited to try it as it has become super popula...r on social media and looks like a dream! I am an avid spa/salon goer for all types of treatments. The salon was very beautiful and clean and the staff members were friendly. I am aware that this is a newer salon and that the Head Spa service is something that is newly trending and not available at many other places. I will say that overall the experience was good. I felt that there could be some improvements. For starters, in the Head Spa “room” of the salon, there is not place to put your personal belongings. When you get this treatment done, there is a neck and shoulder massage included, so you are instructed to have bare shoulders. I had to put my purse and shirt on the floor next to the bed. Although this may seem minor to some, I think having a hook on the door or a small table for clients to put their things would just make the experience feel more professional. I also think it is important to mention that the “room”, while it is sectioned off from the rest of the salon, has gaps at the ceiling, so you are able to hear all of the noise going on around you. Throughout my service I heard other clients/staff having conversations, phones ringing, blow dryers, and the vacuum. This is something to keep in mind for future clients who may be reading this. If you’re looking for a quiet, spa like experience, this is not it. In addition, the table that you lay on is firm and got pretty uncomfortable after being on it for 90 minutes. It is similar to a chiropractor bed, padded but hard, especially for a long period of time. Also, the head rest that is used also becomes quite uncomfortable after a period of time, with little to no moments of moving the head side to side to give it a rest. I would recommend the 60 minute session instead to avoid this maybe. I caution you that you will be splashed in the face throughout your session from the water faucet. I had to constantly wipe water from my lips and nose. I also felt that the treatment overall was not anything unique and was costly for what was being provided. The most unique part of the experience is the rainbow-shaped water faucet. The techniques used to massage the scalp and neck were average and I feel anyone could perform the same quality of massage. The products used smell nice, but left my hair feeling stripped and dry at the ends, but oily at the scalp. This is just a heads up for others who may be interested in trying this. Overall I do not know if this is a service I will spend well over $100 for again ($180 including tip) . I do feel that this price entails a more high end experience, but it fell a bit short. For reference, I have a membership at Hand & Stone for $70 a month and I feel it is a more professional and luxurious service provider. I leave these comments to give others insight to what it was like for me because again it is a newer thing and not something many people have experienced! It was definitely different than what I was expecting so I hope to provide help to others! I also hope that my experience can help the salon improve upon the service. These comments are not to bash or disrespect the business, but to leave honest insight. If you are looking to have your hair played with for an hour or more, than you will probably enjoy it. I had the Brow Wax and Hybrid Tint along with the Dermaplaning Facial which came with getting a head and neck massage Deanna your hand are magical I felt very relaxed and comfortable she took her time and was very gentle my entire experience was amazing and pain free, I felt like a new person once it was all over and I can not wait to book my next appointment which will be the Anti Aging Microcurrent Facial next month. I recently went in for the new Head Spa treatment that the spa is offering. It was the most relaxing experience ever! Not only were there multiple tec...hniques used to treat my scalp and hair, but also there was a facial and neck massage included which made the experience even more relaxing. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed and renewed. The next few days I noticed my scalp felt fresh and my hair looked nice and healthy. I’m definitely going again soon. Next time I’m going with my sister and making it a girls day because there are 2 beds so you can go with your spouse or a friend. Below you will find photos of me getting the head spa treatment.
