It was a great experience. This is the first time i went to someone else aside from my usual loctician and i was initially worried but Dina helped me... feel at ease. She walked me through the process and was very attentive ( I'm tender headed). My hair feels cleaner than it's felt in months and she made it look beautiful. She was also able to do a flawless repair on my loc. Customer service was also top notch.
