It was a great experience. This is the first time i went to someone else aside from my usual loctician and i was initially worried but Dina helped me... feel at ease. She walked me through the process and was very attentive ( I'm tender headed). My hair feels cleaner than it's felt in months and she made it look beautiful. She was also able to do a flawless repair on my loc. Customer service was also top notch. You can tell that she and everyone in there loves what they do and it shows in their work. 10/10 would go again. ❤️ Show more
