hey there 👋🏾. It's been 3 weeks since your appointment. Not once during that time did you reach out to “request repair and/or complain”. Posting “3 Week Old” pictures to this review is beyond me 👀…. What is really going on?…, it’s fill time luv. 💜 I'd like to point out, again, that showing up to your appointment with month old acrylic on your toes and not requesting a fill is “risky” AND… a choice. I’m not really sure how many other ways to explain this. I’ve never charged anyone a late fee. It's in the policy, however I've never enforced it nor did I ever mention it would apply to you. Your charms were free to compensate for my tardiness. But let’s be clear… when I request to shift time and/ or you find yourself waiting... You can say No. you can decline the appointment and not come / leave. I find it impolite to agree, accept the compensation and then try to bash me later. 🤷🏽‍♀️ My “Clients” know I stand on, behind, in front, and ALL AROUND #mywork … no one is perfect but communication goes a long way. Take care. 🖤 #ridiculous

Below you will find important information to make your booking and service appointment experience a pleasant one. 1. Booking an appointment is done via Booksy 2. If paying with afterpay, click the website link to make your purchase. Then use Booksy to select your date and time. Book the service that says ("afterpay"). 3. Booking via text message (562) 418-3298, requires a 50% deposit. You may Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App or PayPal your deposit immediately to 562-418-3298 or naildbynisha@gmail.com. Deposit goes toward your total. You may reschedule 2xs on that same deposit as long as the reschedule is minimum 24 hours before service time. Refunds require a minimum of 48 hours cancelation notice before service time. Any cancelation or attempt to reschedule outside these guidelines will not be entitled to a refund and will be handled at tech's discretion. 4. Your balance is due before service completion via Booksy, Zelle or cash. Applepay, Cashapp, Google/ SamsungPay, PayPal, Venmo, etc., is available with an additional $2 fee. Credit/Debit card payments available with an additional 2.5% fee. Please be prepared. 5. When booking via Booksy, Booksy does not charge your card upon booking. However, No - Show protection is 50% of the projected total, YOU WILL BE CHARGED IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP TO YOUR APPOINTMENT AND/OR DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITHIN THE GUIDELINES LISTED ON #2. If you enter a debit or credit card on Booksy that cannot be charged after you are a "no-show , you are required to pay in full, up front for any future bookings. You automatically have 10 minutes grace period. 15 minutes late with no communication = cancelation as a no-show. With communication, you can be up to 20 minutes late with acknowledgement that your services requested may need to be altered, but this is at tech's discretion. You may still be canceled as a no show. After 3 no-shows, you will be required to pay for your services in full, up front to book in the future. More than 20 minutes late will require a late fee of $25. 6. On any given day, there may be a wait time, even with an appointment. Please plan accordingly. The nail tech has a 20 minute grace period. If the nail tech is late, running behind in appointments, and / or has to push back / reschedule your appointment time more than 20 minutes, you are entitled to receive 15% off your service total for your time. If more than 30 minutes, 20%. Per this policy, client is not entitled to a refund for a wait time and / or a reschedule of 45 minutes or less. If the nail tech needs to reschedule the client to a different day or cancel the appointment altogether, with less than 24hrs notice, you are entitled to a full refund of your deposit or 35% off your reschedule. 7. I do not work on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. However, you may secure an appointment on either of these days by adding "day off/ squeeze " to your appointment . 8. Booking last minute appointments, (within 2 hours of service time) also requires the "Day off / Squeeze fee". Please text 562.418.3298 to confirm availability of Day off / Squeeze appointments. All holiday Eve and Day after holiday appointments require "holiday Eve" fee to be added to the appointment. 9. Please be sure to add each and every service and add-on you need / want. This ensures there is enough time to complete your desired look. 10. All pricing is listed. Please review prices for all add-ons and be aware of your total before booking. Please do not try to haggle/ renegotiate pricing. 11. Please be honest about your nail health. Severely damaged nails will result in cancelation without refund.
