Sooo…. I deserve 1 star because you got lost? I am constantly working, and often cannot answer the phone or read texts. When you did call me, you were already very late, and you told me you were parked out front. You did not communicate over the phone that you didn’t know if you were in the right place. Also, I set my map marker on google maps myself. It definitely does not say I'mth in the “Ralph’s”. Thanks for this tho. 🤦🏾‍♀️

Unfortunately, not every experience will be a perfect one. I'm sorry you feel this way but this review is a bit one-sided. I hope you will appreciate this response. You called for a last minute appt. I said I can take you at 4pm but you insisted on 3pm. I said if you come at 3pm, it has to be a simple fill with the same length and same shape and you agreed. When you arrived, however, after asking me what time you'd be done, you switched and wanted a cut down and reshape for round of all the nails once you sat down. This takes a lot more time and work, which is why over the phone, I repeated that we would need to keep it simple. Most clients are not aware of acrylic processes and are conditioned to common "shop" practicess, which leads to misunderstandings like this. I am not sure what happened with your polish, it could have been anything..but I am always willing to help/fix and my gel work lasts 4+ wks. My 5.0 rating (now 4.9) and reviews speak for my work. But again, you called with a last minute squeeze in request. I informed you over the phone that I had to leave at 1230 and was currently working. I asked you to send a picture to see what needed to be done and if I could accommodate you but afterward, I texted I wouldnt be done with my current client until after 12, there was no time. I encourage you to not associate this experience with "Black Owned Business". I have faith you will find a "black" nail tech always available for your last minute needs. Good luck to you.
