Carlos did a great job. I appreciate his attention to detail and ensuring there are no communication gaps between us. Booking online makes it easy to ...book last-minute if needed. Their location is A+ and the atmosphere is perfect. Need to take a star off: I was charged $5 more for my haircut than what I booked online. Carlos used a blade to fade my hairline and he didn't disclose that that would be a $5 up-charge. I probably would have passed on that. I think Carlos should be instructed to disclose the cost and why, rather than just doing it and then charging after the fact. People don't like being blind-sided by extra costs when it comes to services. I hope that this isn't what the business wishes to practice to pad their revenues. For the record, I still tipped Carlos the full amount that I intended to. Show more
