I confirmed my appointment after making adjustments to fit her schedule. I arrived 5 min early after working overnight. I text her to let her know I'm... there. She says she overslept, was out late last night and now feeling sick. I agree with yhe one negative review, this was a very unprofessional experience. She said she would do it tomorrow (sunday) but never confirmed a time. I just rescheduled with someone else. If i could've given less than one i would have....poor customer service.
