The sign about the buy one facial at 50%, is completely misleading! It implies that the facials are half off and we confirmed with the owner before pu...rchasing. She went along with it rather than be honest. At the time of my appointment I was lead to believe I already paid in full but that wasn't the case. Instead i received a call like I was a thief! The "deal" is not even a deal at all! The sign is only meant to make u still pay full price but put half down! Why would someone want to pay 50% upfront if theres no deal? After extreme disappointment, the owner pretended again that i would get the rest on a gift card, then took that back too! The facial was no different than a regular facial although its "image facial" the next day i still had blackheads all over my face and nose. I didn't look different at all I've never been more disappointed with a facial in my life! I will not be returning due to being lied to and ripped off! Replying back Looks like I have to edit my review since it doesn't let me respond. You didn't play the complete audio you left off what was convenient for you! AGAIN more deception Show more

To clarify the miscommunication we did play back the audio of the sale that day, to your mother so she could hear it for herself, to understand there was no intention to mislead her it was stated in the audio the original price of service is $135.00 was discounted $25 because you paid 50% deposit, we appreciate the feedback we will do better to make sure this does not happen again. To rectify the situation we did provided the facial deposit back to her on a gift card. Take care we appreciate your business.
