This review is way overdue. I recently booked with Nelly after reviewing his IG and noticing how amazing every cut looked. I wanted to transition back... to a different hairstyle but I wasn’t sure if it could be done since my hair wasn’t quite long enough on top and it was also uneven. But Nelly made the impossible, possible. A true professional. He listened to what was important to me while providing his best advice.
