Service: Men’s full scissor cut service 12 years and above

I didn’t like my haircut at all. I was very clear that I only wanted a scissor cut since I paid specifically for that service, yet clippers were still... used and my hair was cut much shorter than requested. On top of that, the barber showed up about 20 minutes late, mentioning he was at a doctor’s appointment. While I understand things come up, it’s frustrating considering clients are typically charged or have their appointments canceled for being late. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and did not match what I paid for. I wouldn’t recommend this barber.
