I booked my appointment a few days ago for today, but the night before, at 6:30 PM, I received a text saying the appointment couldn’t happen because t...he salon is closed on Mondays. However, the booking app showed availability when I scheduled it. Since I was informed so last minute, I wasn’t able to book with anyone else as most were already fully booked. Now, I have a Christmas party today and won’t have my hair done. If I had been notified earlier, I could have made other arrangements. I feel that if you’re using a booking app, it’s essential to keep all the information updated and accurate to avoid situations like this.

I will say I contacted you when I received the appointment and I did explain to you that I still will be available just for additional fee . All of my clients are aware of my Sunday Monday schedule. And I have closed my books time after time it’s Booksy who will schedule an appointment . If you read my contents it clearly shows that on Sunday Monday I'm closed and if I open the salon there’s a fee . I do apologize that you wasn’t able to have your hair done for your event . If you would have said that I would have bit the bullet of the fee and open the salon for you . That's what I do for my clients. NO SHOW. owner of salon says she went to a tea party. i booked with booksy. booksy sent me a reminder text the day before. i texted her three days bef...ore appt. really what can be worse? Loud, Kids running around. Hairdressers are no-shows. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
