      Foreign refills are refills performed on other lash artist work. Lashes must have applied clean and neat. Glue must have been applied properly. If lash artist decided work can be refilled, then a refill will be performed. if no, a new set will be applied. This is a surcharge. Your Set or Refill price will be added to total.
