Brought my 8 year old son in for his very first haircut EVER in life! KC did not disappoint at all. As a mother who’s been braiding my son’s hair all ...his life, I was deliberate on having a professional environment around my son alongside superior skills that I wasn’t willing to sacrifice on either. My son is on the quieter side, but he made him feel at ease, fr. KC talked him through the straight razor and was super encouraging on how well he was being steady. Boy was dancing a lil bit when he got up and looked in the big mirror. I was like damn… new person I see you. I appreciate the way he blended our wants with realistic expectations due to him having long hair beforehand. My son is happy plus he looking good, saying “this the most comfortable barbershop ever Ma” on the car ride home so it’s a W in our book!
