This is my second time using this service, the first time I went my son was looking so good, unfortunately this time I went I was not pleased, firstly... she had someone in the chair at my appointment time, secondly my son doesn’t even look like he had a haircut mayb because she was rushing to do the other person, I’m so dissatisfied I just paid her and left, it didn’t make sense to create any drama I will not go back to her and she also wanted to charge me more than what was on the app. This haircut was for my son bday smh Show more

It’ll be helpful to get exactly what you want if you express truly and honesty how you feel especially after being asked repeatedly while cutting if you like what you got before leaving. You also failed to mention that all 3 of you got your hair done and was all smiles when you left.
