I originally scheduled my appointment for the 17th but I went back on here and saw she had availability the 7th so I asked her if I could come that da...y instead & also scheduled my next appointment for the 21st I send her $60 2 deposits and money for a trim that she texted me rescheduling to save for my silk press appointment. Today is the 7th I called her and she’s saying that I never had a appointment for today but I clearly have the messages where I set two appointments up and I sent you 2 deposits she still hasn’t sent me all my money back. She also claims I kept rescheduling appointments I never sent a deposit for but those appointments were only for a trim that was $20 and a deposit is that itself I’m notpaying you for a service I haven’t received yet Show more

I’m sorry for the miscommunication! Every client is told to go on the website to book so that you can have the right date & time that you need without this happening. The last day I asked you about was the 21st & you agreed so I put you down for that day for 3:00pm only. Whenever a client is scheduled by me you will receive a notification of your appointment date & time sent through text or the email that you put down when booking & you must confirm the appointment. If your appointment date & time is wrong or you did not receive an appointment confirmation text or email for the day you picked I ask all clients to notify me in advance. You received a confirmation & confirmed the appointment for the 21st but did not notify me that you didn’t receive a 2nd appointment confirmation text or email for the 7th & again I apologize for the miscommunication & not having the 7th booked for you! I had 3 late cancellations from you & I did not receive deposits from you when you booked for the Ends Trimmed service by itself bc you did not want to pay the full deposit price which was the same price as the Ends Trimmed service & you had not received the service yet. I require a deposit each time a client books any service besides the Consultation service! I received $60 all together from you when you went back & booked for full services & you were sent back the whole $60 with receipts due to the miscommunication. Thank you for your feedback.
