How do you rate UNPROFESSIONAL, LACK OF BUSINESS AND PERSONAL INTEGRITY, NO BUSINESS ACUMEN??? She never showed up for the fill-in appointment as I f...everishly attempted to contact her on a number that was disconnected. I had to reach out to the person who referred me and get her number and when she responded she said, “OMG, I meant to contact you- at hospital in labor” - no problem; however, she could have had someone to contact me since she “is 8 months pregnant” and the probability of that happening was uncertain. She said clients should understand that - well if that is the case why are you continuing to schedule clients and why “as a business - don’t you have someone in place to contact your clients since this is the case - UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. I initially asked for my money back for the full-in and per the text messages, she said “OK”; however, she WOULD NOT and DID NOT! I asked if she had a written policy in place and of course, she said she didn’t, but REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY! She even mentioned that she charges a RESCHEDULE FEE” 🧐🧐 - wait, am I hearing you correctly, you’re mentioning this because??? YOU NEVER SHOWED UP! She wanted to reschedule me and when I did she said “ I WILL CONTACT YOU ON FRIDAY” - well of course she didn’t - FRIDAY went by, SATURDAY went by, and I contacted her on SUNDAY and had to call AGAIN ON MONDAY after she texted me and said she was not refunding my money! UNRESPONSIVE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I no longer trusted her to provide the fill-in service because of how she handled the entire situation. WHAT AN EMBARRASSMENT TO OTHER BLACK WOMEN IN THE INDUSTRY! TAKE OWNERSHIP AND PROVIDE A CUSTOMER-SERVICE ORIENTED EXPERIENCE! Please stop being in business for money, since it’s obvious you don’t care about the overall satisfaction of the client.

I was able to get a quick appointment. When i got there everything was clean and a grest atmosphere. She was very patient with me , never had this ...before . She took her time that i really liked. She made sure i was happy with my brows before starting. The process was painless and very comfortable. I already booked my follow up. Cant wait to see her again. I love my eye brows.
