I am 6 time returning client! This particular experience was extremely poor. My appointment was scheduled for 6PM, and barber asked to reschedule to 7...PM. I agreed and he still didn’t show up 8:15PM. I normally pay $100 minimum but this time opted to only pay the $80 the actual costs due to the delay and tardiness. I left with uneven hairline that the barber agreed to come back and take a look. He disagreed that hairline was uneven but proceeded to try attempt to fix it. I asked him not to attempt to fix due to the possibility of pushing it back even further. My point is we all have a bad days, no one is perfect but a refund should have been given. He did take photos to show me it was not altered but in real-life and app altering two different versions. The money isn’t the issue because I would gladly pay $200 for high quality and the experience. To Te’mon - you honestly have the potential to be the million dollar barber, but you gotta first realize all clients should be treated ViP and made feel like a priority. He is a great barber but his focus is off etc. on the phone FaceTiming, running outside to talk on the phone while in the middle of a cut. Having a drink or two.
