I'm sorry you didn't have a good experience. As stylists, we sometimes run late when everyone is getting different hair styles that take different amounts of time. It was never my intention to have you waiting for 2 hours. Also, this is the day of text messages. You could have texted me, and I would have answered. And then your hair was tangled and matted up. the comb out alone would have taken 2 hours, and you were acting like you were in a hurry to get back home to your child. However, this is my only bad review, and I hate that you didn't have a better experience.
