The service and professionalism is top tier. Very clean. It was my second time bringing my grandson for a haircut. The first time the haircut was per...fect while this time the haircut look with the product and styling. Once we got home and he showered and washed his hair that’s when all the imperfections were noticed. One side is done well while the other side wasn’t cut correctly, has longer hairs on one side. It didn’t come close to the picture shown for inspiration. Without all the product and styling you can see how bad the haircut is. Our barber which has been the same one both times is very nice, professional and very good with children. I’m not sure if I’ll be returning again.

Hi Myra, thank you for your honest feedback. I’m sorry to hear you weren’t completely satisfied with the haircut this time. I’m glad to hear that you’ve had a positive experience with me previously and that you find me professional and good with children. I did want to clarify one thing about the inspiration photo. The style shown in the picture requires hair product and styling to achieve that specific look and shape. Without product, the hair will naturally fall differently, so it won’t look exactly like the styled picture. That’s why I used product and styled his hair to get as close as possible to the reference you provided. I take pride in making sure every haircut is done correctly, and I’m disappointed to hear that there were uneven areas that became noticeable after washing out the product. I would really appreciate the opportunity to make this right for you and your grandson. Please feel free to reach out to me directly so I can take a look and correct anything that needs to be fixed.. Excellent haircut! Carlos took his time and I was very pleased. I’d had a lot of personal and family medical issues so I let me hair go. It was out of... control, but it was no problem for Carlos. I was treated well and will be going back soon to keep it tight. Taper was out of this world!
