You did not show up for the scheduled appointment. I drove an hour on a Saturday to have my hair braided. There was a young girl there who stepped in ...and braided my hair. She overcharged me greatly for the work she did. She charged $240 for large knot less braids. Anyway, it’s over and I will never book again. Show more

First appointment the stylist was late for our appointment then upcharged me despite the price posted on Booksy. Second appointment she was apparently... over booked and had a coworker or someone else in the shop braid my hair... not going back. Show more

Alsy was very nice and greeted me at the door and often checked in with me. Elizanda styled my hair which was AWESOME!! She was attentive, kind, and ...professional. She constantly checked with me to see if I was okay and to ask if I had any concerns with the way she was braiding my hair. She also provided tips to maintain my braid style. I love my braids!!!!! I drive over an hour from Rhode Island just to go to this shop and they never disappoint!! I will definitely be back soon!!! Show more
