The establishment is very clean, and I truly appreciated Dean's friendly, courteous, and patient demeanor. He was well-prepared and ready for me when ...I arrived, which I found very accommodating. I realize, however, that I might not have communicated my haircut preferences as clearly as I could have. As a result, my hair ended up a bit shorter than I envisioned, especially on the sides.
