I was new in the area and very afraid of letting someone new retwist my locs. But that was the best experience i have had when it comes to appointment...s with my hair!!!! The place was spotless, she was very professional, it was a great calm environment, she intended to every need, offered water, took her time with my hair and most importantly she was on time for appointment.
