Worst experience ever I do not recommend, sweet lady but my hair in simple two strand twist is horrible so disappointed first time doing my hair overs...eas and I would never again gotta keep my appointments tight before I travel. Note wash and tight do not include a style

I charge for my styles and retwist separately as most locticians do. You only signed up for a retwist. If someone was after you I wouldn’t have been able to do it. I did my best and that’s all I could do. Sorry you were not satisfied
