Well, I went to Frank L. and first got a great haircut, very pleased. Then the next time I went to Frank L. I got an OK haircut, a significant deteri...oration from the first. The third time I went to Frank L. I got a bad haircut! Perhaps the quality of haircut was indicative of the time he spent. First time 30 miunutes, next time 20 minutes, 3rd time 13 minutes and nobody was waiting, so he shouldn't have been in a rush to keep up). And every time I left him a very good tip, well in excess of 25%, so one would think the haircuts would not deteriorate intentionally. He knows how to give a good haircut, not sure why he doesn't give one! I will not try the 4th haircut for fear it will be along the trendline and terrible! Show more
