Zero stars. Was texted the night before my appointment at 10pm asking if I could come in at 8 am the following morning instead of the 11 o'clock appoi...ntment I already booked. Luckily I was awake at 530am to respond and make the appointment. When I arrived at the location of the salon I texted back and never received a response and still have not received one. Extremely upsetting, I dont understand why this happened.
