I took my 7 year old son into the salon to get his hair braided for the first time! It was such a good experience. He was able to get right into the c...hair and get started. They were gentle on his head and made sure he was comfortable throughout the process! It was fast. We were only there for a hour and left happy and returning customers! Show more

This was my first time getting braids in almost 3yrs, and it was a great experience! The store reached out on the day of my appointment, asking if I c...ould come in sooner, and I was able to. I had originally booked an appointment for Senegalese Twists, but when I sat down in the chair, my Braider said my natural hair wasn't long enough for that, and if she did that style it wouldn't last, so we instead changed to medium length and size box braids! I was really pleased that the Braider took the time to talk to me about my hair, and not just do a hairstyle that wasn't going to last. I was in the chair just about 3.5hrs, they provided the hair (which is an excellent color match), my braids are beautiful, and I only paid $200!! 12/10 will be returning🤩🤩 Show more

My small box braids were done beautifully. The braider took time to listen to my feedback from the previous braiding experience and incorporated that ...feedback to do exactly what I wanted. Micro Braids

My style came out so beautiful, exactly the way I imagined it.. but the lady who did my hair was so rough with my tender edges - she didn't care at al...l. I had to tell her at least three times she was hurting my head. She also burned my back with the hot water she was wetting my hair with. I don't know her name, but otherwise I love my hair. I would just prefer someone else next time cause I had to keep my composure to avoid going off on her. Show more
