Hello dear, The day before your appointment you received a confirmation call we went over important details pertaining to your services for the next day. The style you booked for was completely different from what you had in mind. You booked for a sleek ponytail which at maximum would have took me 2 hours. Instead, you wanted stitch braids braided into a ponytail that would have took me at minimum 6-7 hours. I was not going to be able to accommodate you into my schedule for that day due to me being booked up. Which I tried to explain multiple times over the phone, we spoke on the phone for over 30 minutes and finally came to a conclusion that we were going to reschedule you for a different date. I tried to accommodate you in the most professional way as possible. You did not receive an instant response following up with the time because I was in hospice saying goodbye to a loved one. The entire time I was on the phone with you trying to figure out how to rebook you I was on my way to the hospital to say goodbye to my grandmother.
