The barber was an hour and 10 minutes late the first time I went to him. I tried to be understanding even though I had to push two of my meetings back.... The haircut was good. I will give him that, that’s the reason I tried to show up again today. I booked a 9 AM appointment, I even reached out to him earlier in the week to confirm the appointment. The barber did not show up today at all, no call, no text, no heads up! I drove from about 30 minutes away to make it on time. When you are charging $60 and up, you should expect a certain type of clientele and professionalism. However I received nothing but unprofessional service from this barber. I’m not trying to tear anyone’s business down, however, facts are facts. As a professional with a career time is extremely valuable. I value others time, I would like the same in return. Again, try him out yourself don’t judge him by my experience, however, I personally will never go back again. Update: see I was gonna let this go, cause I really wasn’t trying to be a dick… but for you to come on here and lie to people making it seem you had a family emergency is crazy. Even if you did inform your clients. You were clearly sleep..Bro you OVERSLEPT BOTH times and I gave you a second chance after the first time… you NEVER offered to comp my gas or a cut until I left my review. Cmon now I have the screen shots. Be accountable and value/give good customer service… I get nothing to lie on you man. Again value folks time….I didn’t even mention the first time you had me wait and said you needed to walk your dog? After I had a scheduled appointment and you were already 30 mins late then showed up 40 mins after that then tried to take someone before me ..Cmon bro stop it and tell the truth . Be professional stop lying. Having a lack of accountability gets you no where. You didn’t even have to respond but now that you lied, I’ll further expound.. I don’t wish bad for you man and want you to you and everyone to be successful but atleast tell the truth.. “I messed up my bad, my apologies” .. keep it moving Show more
