Good morning , I wish you would have contacted me about your haircut immediately or told me as you were in my chair. It’s been over 2 weeks since the haircut an it’s been very crazy because of the holidays so honestly I don’t recall word for word the basis of our conversation , I will say I’m very detail oriented an I always ask questions .. I do remember you saying you liked the haircut before you left an I even pulled out my professional camera to take a pic witch you agreed too .. Booksy for some reason will not let me attach the photo here so I’ve just posted it in my portfolio it’s the first photo posted for reference for you and other customers reading this it's titled with your name an date of haircut. With that being said I apologize and I’ve sent you a text witch you have chosen to not respond to yet I believe I did my best to leave you sharp an looking fresh for the holiday but I am very reasonable am still willing to offer you some free haircuts for being dissatisfied thanks and have a great day
