Good morning Rho, I understand that you value your time. However, as a barber, I’ve learned that a quality service is almost never a quick service. Especially when servicing a client for the first time. Please acknowledge that it does take time to learn and cut a new clients hair texture and growth pattern, because everyone is unique. And when a client requests to have a section of their hair to remain uncut, it becomes another factor that adds time to the service. If what you’re looking for is a quick and high quality services. Then I suggest that you find a barber, stick with them. And manage your expectations during the first service, because great haircuts take time.

Honestly Rahul, let me start off by stating that your claims are inherently false. And to question my competency in providing a simple service is absolutely absurd. I heard you just fine. You said low fade, and I gave you a low fade. Should you take it upon yourself to Google Search “Low Fade” you will see the the similarities between the service you were provided on Nov. 21st 2021 and the top rated images. You will also see similarities between those same images and the fades cataloged in my portfolio. Come back to the shop and we can negotiate the terms of a refund.
