1st, let me start by saying Tia is an excellent barber. But she has unprofessional business etiquette when it comes to canceling appointments. I follo...wed her 3 hour cancelation policy to the T. Meaning I canceled my appointment at least 3 hours before my scheduled appointment, yet I was still penalized for canceling an appointment within the guidelines of the policy and I was refused service (and was directed to pay a cancel fee from my previous missed appointment if wanted to be seen) when I already arrived at the shop for my appointment that I scheduled a month in advance. She could've let me know I couldn't be serviced any longer via text or call ahead of time instead having me show up to my appointment only to be told she wouldn't service me because I canceled 2 appointments prior due to being out of town. Mind you, any appointments I have canceled were done so within the policy guidelines. I feel she should update her cancelation policy moving forward to avoid any more situations like this. Show more
