Horrible, horrible customer service. Will not be going back. I was charged a cancellation fee for my 4:15pm appointment even though I was there in the... shop from 4:05 to 4:45. CJ the barber was a no show and refused to refund my money even though it was him that was a no show not me. This is the 2nd time he's been a no show for my appointment. Totally unprofessional. This Client is not understanding to To the situation at hand she was informed that I was running late due to picking up kids from school and she still left as I was pulling up to the appointment without any understanding the 1st time she did not book on my booksy she was a walk in. And I still Refunded her cancellation fee . Sorry I can't please everybody especially those with no Patience or understanding
