It was my first time going to Empress, she was super nice and understanding I love the fact that she talked to me during the retwist it felt as if i b...linked and she was done. She had little snacks and goodies if your hungry or wanted to numble on something. She not heavy handed AT-ALL especially when she washes your hair, she takes her time to get all the previous dirts and leftover products that was originally in your hair OUT! And as she steames your hair as your hair pore opens up it feels amazinggg. (Is there an option to only do the wash? Lol ) That’s how good that wash, OH! To add on in the wash room area you were alone-half of the time to truly relax, there were music playing in the background that made me sleepy (in a good way) . Im getting carried away with only the wash. Minus the actual service, she was truly relatable especially if your a zoe (haitian) her voice was like listening to an audiobook not in a boring way but in a way your being fantasized and drawn in. I truly know why they call you “Empress” i loved your service and will definitely becoming back. (Peep the before and after) Show more
