Professional, friendly, and meticulous giving hair cuts. Did a really great job. One tip for Filoso is to not refute customer feedback by saying "bu...t you said you wanted it like 'this or that'". Explaining how a cut should be is a matter of perspective, is subjective and can be poorly expressed or misunderstood, no one at fault or to blame, it's just not always expressed or interpreted 100% correctly. It's better to get feedback and address with suggestions than to blame back. Good customer service and business practice! Thank you for the nice hair cut. Show more

Gilberto is a terrific barber! I was visiting from out of town and needed a fresh fade to attend a last minute event. The facility was clean and comf...ortable, and his individual space was just right. Gilberto has a very warm smile and easy going personality, which made me comfortable with a new barber. He was thorough and showed me the cut several times along the way to make certain it was how I imagined. Thank you Gilberto and have a terrific vacay to DisneyWorld with the family! Show more

Just a wonderful experience. Gilbert was great! Had two separate appointments with large gaps in between and was able to move one of us up. Very perso...nable and great communication with our first time getting haircuts. Took his time and made sure we were satisfied with our styles. So good at finding common ground to communicate with and really a pleasant time overall. Asked if we needed anything to drink and engaged throughout our time there. Thank you so much! Show more
