I am handicapped and cannot drive myself. I depend on other people to get me back and forth. My appointment was canceled by the owner/stylist. It has... been impossible for me to reach her by phone or for her to call me back when she says she will. I am very saddened by this because she is the best hair stylist I have ever had and I believe that she is a kind lady. May I please be refunded for any deposit I made if I made one? Thank you.
