I am sorry for the inconvenience of your visit. When you booked your appointment, you booked a Haircut service. Not a Haircut & Beard Service. So there is no way there was a "patch" in your beard that came from me! When I showed you the haircut, you told me “it was perfect”. I tried to reach out multiple times to resolve this false review but never got an answer back. I hope we can do good business in the future!
