I’m sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience. However, I do want to clarify a few things. This was not your first visit, and in the past, you seemed satisfied with my work. During this last appointment, you repeatedly got up during the haircut to inspect the progress, which made it difficult for me to complete the service properly. Additionally, your girlfriend intervened multiple times with instructions, which disrupted the process. Despite these challenges, I remained professional throughout and ultimately did not charge you for the cut. You left without saying a word, so your review came as a surprise.
